HR and Admin Executive

We are looking to hire for the position of "HR and Admin Executive"

Job Description:
Transportation and Travel Arrangement - Responsible for employees’ annual leave ticket issuance, passport monitoring, and airport transfer arrangement. Also, arrangement for employees’ daily service, visitors’ transport, and drivers’ schedules. Monitoring and processing of company cars related license renewal and maintenance.

Uniform and PPE Management – Stocks monitoring and issuance of uniform and PPE to the employees. Liaise with different suppliers regarding the new quotations, orders, delivery schedule, and invoice and payment validation.

Support for Payroll Processing – Monitor and track employees’ leave records and ticket entitlement.

Record Management - Responsible for the monitoring and renewals of agreements and contracts between third-party contractors, records validation, and safekeeping.

Employee Welfare – Liaise with the Canteen Concessionaire about the monthly menu, food quality issues, and validation of invoices for payment. Support HR engagement activities and programs for employee welfare.

Guest Relation Management – Provides assistance in the management of visitors-related accommodation (ticketing, VISA application, hotel reservation, and refreshments provision).

Administrative Support – Support administrative tasks for Accommodation maintenance jobs, Health & Safety programs, Housekeeping and Security maintenance related transactions, supplier coordination, and LPO creation. Other admin tasks like telephone call management, stationery supplies monitoring and issuance, marketing sample arrangements, and stock room
maintenance.

Education Qualification:
MBA in Human Resources.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5-6 years experience in a similar FMCG production environment and worked in the HR & Administration Department.

Certifications Needed:
Proficient in MS Office skills (excel, word, outlook, and PowerPoint) and with excellent data entry skills.
